PROBATION VIOLATION in TEXAS?

Question by Kin: PROBATION VIOLATION IN TEXAS?
My son was on probation but he missed several visitis to his PO and recently he was arrested for violating his probation. During his interview by the Court he was offered 3 month rehab (instead of doing jailtime)and he accepted and signed the offer. Today he received an order from the Judge saying he needs to stay 6 months instead of 3. Is there anything he could do to get into the 3 month program as originally offered? We reside in Texas.
