Sturgis addiction treatment center to expand

STURGIS, S.D. (AP) — A western South Dakota alcohol and drug addiction treatment center plans to expand. The director of the Northern Hills Alcohol and Drug Services center in Spearfish says the project is possible because of a $ 425,000 foundation grant.
