This weekend these students had the opportunity to participate in their first half Marathon. Our students were successful in beating the goal that they had set to finish the race in under two hours. Red Rock Canyon School is dedicated to helping our students overcome their problems including drug addiction, self-esteem issues, authority problems and anger issues. Exercise and physical fitness can help teens overcome these problems. Our physical fitness program ( youtu.be ) encourages students to seek out positive outlets for their problems and encourages them to lead a healthy, happy life in the future.
