Titan's opioid addiction implant lands licensing deal, million upfront

Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc. will get $ 15.75 million upfront as an affiliate of life sciences venture firm Apple Tree Partners licensed its opioid addiction implant. The treatment, called Probuphine, is under review by the Food and Drug Administration.
